I don't think the Trumps are sufficiently audacious to want or pursue a genuine schism in the US. But Donald's tooling about could provide the fracture someone with some real ambition could exploit.
Or maybe the Republican party will collapse, the Democrats become the new right and some new leftish party pops up. I can dream, right?
