The team I work in consists of 4 other guys. The next youngest guy after me is in his 40's, and the others are in there 50's and 60's.
We work in an IT heavy environment, but nothing over complicated. Lots of MS Office products and a ticketing system. The dinosaurs are still struggling, even 3 months after introducing some new processes (Complicated stuff, like assigning a ticket to your name).
shit be gettin frustrating. Go retire and let some young blood in ffs.
I should probably add these guys have come in from the field. Cable installers etc. Not an IT background.
