GMG: Last week my employer decided, after a month of me doing a hefty amount of OT, they were going to change the OT rates. Previously I was earning double time and time and a half, now I'm only allowed to earn time in lieu or time. If I"m call, my oncall rate is dropped when I'm doing OT.
Pisses me off because now I'm probably going to have to look for another job.
