Good for being aware of whats on on the day/night you check it (and can see whats on the next day), having it on the bookmark toolbar be handy..

I have it cookied up to display channels horizontally and only display channels I'm interested in. It's damned handy for those with Sky/Cable, and probably a nice interface for those on standard or Freeview too.
