Someone on SA mentioned doing it a couple times and it reminded me that when I was 16 I repeatedly called my horticulture teacher Dad by accident. I found it hugely embarrassing but he seemed to be amused by it.

My mother was a reliever at the Primary I went to, and occasionally she took my class. I believe I used to call her 'mum' when she taught us.
