Cunts who drive at 80-90KPH on SH1 whenever the road is marginally bendy and one-lane each way with no overtaking opportunities, and who then speed up to 110-120KPH when it's multi-lane and/or perfectly straight with sight-lines for miles so that only one or two of the cars queued behind them can get past. Especially aneurysm-inducing when it's actually on a passing lane section.
