It's funny, Nemesis and Stormrage are our lowest drops in BWL by far. We get nothing but Bloodfang, Wrath and Transcendence. We're DEing Transcendence bracers and Wrath shoulders already I believe... while Stormrage sits on a 1% drop rate for us so far.
