No I didn't. Org/IF raids happened a lot too and don't anymore. And it was fun, which is a pretty good reason

From the perspective of a PvE server where most people went specifically because they didn't want to put up with that shit it makes perfect sense. Also the impact was higher as most PvE server chars don't want to flag themselves and defend anyway whereas most PvP servers you'll get everyone pitching in.

Not saying either way it good just pointing out that Blizzard misgandled it badly and they know it. They've come up with some halfassed comments about revitalising world PvP, because they know they killed it.
