I'm sure you are right - sounds like a crap excuse in the long term tho... hardly seems to deter career crime, imo. Still, i'm not
that big a believer in the whole "deterence works" philosophy anyway. I prefer the "you are crap to society, we are going to remove your lobes and set you to work dribbling over the crops out there in the field" approach...
