not recent, beginning of last year. basically very poor service when i had a fault with some equipment i had bought off them.
their service is shocking compared to other companies ive dealt with. |

It is always hard when acquiring a business that has traded in the past under someone else - you have to take the good with the bad.....
Unfortunately for Sgt Seb, got the previous owner of Pivotal obviously at a bad time. Would like to think he will definitely get excellent service now that new owners/management have come on board. Service and price is what makes the world go around!!! |

Real life stores..
This morning I went to C-Tech in Manukau to buy a case fan and CPU Fan, they had a steady stream of people coming in, I waited and waited and waited.. Others got served and I waited.. I walked out..
I went two doors down to OEM Computers and was confronted by another busy shop.. I was also approached as soon as I walked in the door.. I made a purchase and was very happy.. I didn't really care about the price as it was sub $50.. They even had my prevoius purchases on file :) I'm not dishing C-Tech I just wanted to buy something sooner rather than later.. |

The have very very good prices ( ie. the xp1800 is 100$ cheeper then most of the other places mentioned in this thread ) and excellent service & range of products. dismissed |
