Using hamachi you can play lan tcp/ip games online and it works well (no battle.net etc). Connect to nzgamesd2 password 'lol' and we'll start a game.

Running LOD expansion version 1.11b

I play most nights on b.net at the moment.

What level chars?

it's not a question of whether i want to. When i got home from work, the Diablo 2 discs were out of the case and levitating spookily in the room. My first thought was, someone has started a Diablo 2 thread. It's now installing itself.

i'd play but timezones are gay.

Now I want to play diablo2 again more than starcraft

ill try to get it working, but my copy of d2 isnt exactly compatible with others. wtb has a good copy tho.

ok I almost bought Diablo2 again, but when i was in the shop I just couldn't bear to buy a game I already own (just have to hunt down the cd key from a friend). I think I will acquire it by 'alternative' means for now.

just installing now but im on woosh wireless so i dont know how playable it will be

The weather doesn't look like it's going to hold out so I'll probably be able to have a game after 4, I've never played d2 in my life though, but I figured I should know what the fuss was all about. I have it installed and ready to go~

put in cevins ip and it just says "cannot connect to server".. any tips?

I caught Jonas on MSN last night just as I was about to log on to Bnet -- asked if he was up for some DOTA. He replied that couldn't, as he was about to tackle Meph with Cevin in D2, but that he'd be on later (and he was).

Everyone online playing games, it was just like the old days... *sniff*

Ooooh, I could use fanaticism aura being a strafe bowazon.

hamachi was touching some of our computers in ways that made them feel uncomfortable, so we're not using it.
