Agreed - actor choice for both is pretty well done _b Acting felt a bit meh in the first few episodes but it picked up as they went. Some decent artistic changes to bring it to live action. Over all I was pretty happy :D

Watched the first couple of episodes of 3 Body Problem.

They've done a really good job of communicating the essence and details of the book. I wasn't sure how they were going to pull off some of the political nuance, but they seem to be doing a good job.

They're also unfortunately doing a good job of representing Liu's false dichotomy of science and spirituality. And his somewhat dim view of human nature.

My expectations are pretty low. Let's see if it can surprise me, although I suspect not.

The creator has called it "Frozen meets Kill Bill" which just raises more questions.
