Installing it now! It's been awhile since I've played on of these types of games, not sure if I'll be into it. Worth a look tho.

Oof, it's an "open" beta. You have to either pre-order or be paying for an EA subscription.

So to answer your question: no.

You must be talking about early beta access for pre-orders. It was open to all from 9pm Friday until 8pm tonight.

I played a bit - was fun, even if the build was quite old and buggy.
