Aparently (note the aparently, I'm still suspicious as hell) from a genetic viewpoint the whole interbreeding thing is not really the problem it's been made out to be - for cousins anyway. Sister-brother and parent-child are still genetically considered bad ideas, and from a moral/social/psychological point of view are seriously wrong wrong wrong wrong.

Someone actually did a study on this, first cousins breeding has a slight chance of increasing the likelyhood of a couple of nasty illnesses/conditions, but not that much more above the average. Sorry if this has been mentioned before, but I'm not going to read the whole (cousin) fucking thread to find out :)

This is all second hand info, so I havn't got any specifics sorry. However, I still think it's dodgy as fuck and will happily refer to HE as 'Cousin Fucker' :D
